On behalf of our client, a regional clinic, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist (m/f) with many years of experience and expertise to join the existing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include:
– Ensuring professionally competent nursing and care, taking into account resources and individuality
– Taking over the departmental organization as shift leader in the absence of the head of department
– Planning and implementation of care needs assessments according to BESA as agreed upon
– Ensuring internal and external cooperation with the medical profession and other professional groups
– Accompanying and advising relatives Supporting the vocational trainers in their teaching duties
– Assumption of specialist responsibility for the department
– Economical use of all resources

Profile and Requirements:
The desired candidate has:
– Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (tertiary level)
– Sound professional experience in long-term care Ideally experience with apprentices
– Pleasure in dealing with elderly people
– Appreciative and responsible behavior
– Constructive handling of changes in the daily work routine
– Winning and positive manner in teamwork
